Location

The villa is located in the quiet, well maintained community of Westridge, just off U.S. 27 in Davenport.  Westridge is conveniently located between Highway U.S. 192 and the I-4 Interstate. Both highways are within a 10 minute drive, offering easy access to all of Orlando’s theme parks and attractions. Approximate distances by car (in minutes) to:

There are excellent local amenities nearby including a Publix supermarket, petrol station, pharmacy, bank with ATM.  There is also a Walmart supermarket just 10 minutes' drive away.

If you fancy eating out you will find an Applebee's, IHOP, Wendy’s, McDonalds, Waffle House and Denny’s within a 5 -10 minute drive along US27. Downtown Champions-Gate is just 10 minutes away, and is now home to many well-known chains such as Chilli’s, Olive Garden, Longhorn Steakhouse, Miller’s Ale House, First Watch, Dunkin and Panera Bread. If that’s not enough, the famous Highway 192 is just a 15 minute drive away, along with the brand-new Sunset Walk entertainment area.

Orlando offers an excellent selection of golf courses with endless tree-lined fairways and perfect greens. The nearest course to the villa is Highlands Reserve, just 2 miles away.
